The price of this shed does include a Base/foundation. Final payment is due upon delivery and all prices include setup. Tax not included in price. *Local delivery is Free
Process:
- Once you have placed your deposit on a shed, Monroe Shed Depot will get in touch with you within 72hrs to confirm shed details.
- Shed will be delivered and assembled onsite about 4 to 6 weeks after deposit has been received.
- Remaining balance on the shed is due on delivery.
Customer Responsibilities:
- Check with the local building authority and homeowners association for restrictions/requirements prior to installation.
- Include installation instructions, stairs, hills, long driveways, etc…
